Message From the Executive Director

It’s an exciting time to be in the Specialty Foods production, marketing and sales business. Consumers are becoming more educated everyday about the foods they are eating, where it is coming from and the quality they can get at a fair price.

NWSFA, as an educational arm of the Agri-Business Council of Oregon (ABC), is able to leverage its combined power of two membership organizations to provide you services and programs that will help your business grow and succeed.

As a NWSFA member you’ll have access to discounted show space, a top-of-the-line credit card processing program, access to health insurance and more. We strive to find programs that will help you save money running your business, so you can spend that money investing into your business.

The Pacific Northwest has a proud lineage of specialty food entrepreneurs, both large and small. Your association benefits from the ability of bringing these successful businesses together at one table to map a course that benefits the entire industry. I encourage you to contact the ABC office today to see how you can help guide this growing segment of Oregon’s magnificent food industry.

I look forward to working with you. Please call 503-241-1487 for membership and committee information. Together we can make a difference.

Best Regards,

Geoff Horning
Executive Director
